Saturday, July 27, 2013. A walk along the foreshore track. Yesterday I went for a walk around the foreshore track, somewhat altered by two large slips - evidence of the constant movement of land in this part of the world. When I go walking I always take a small pack. It leaves home empty but always returns with treasure. The foraging instinct is strong and very satisfying! Links to this post.

Släck alla ljus, tänd alla eldar. Idag är det fredag igen på något vis, och dagen ska snart bestämma sin form. Ska man åka till Valbo och göra av med veckopengen eller stanna hemma och exempelvis stoppa en stor häst mellan benen? Åka till Tulegatan och dricka kopiösa mängder med kaffe och grädde och vippa på tårna vid fläkten och skratta sig fördärvad och låta lite vadsomhelst komma ur munnen? Sista april avhandlades iallafall och det blev precis hur trevligt som helst. Tre små, stora grabbar.
Har vägt 122kg som mest. I Mars 2008 bestämmer jag mig för att gå ner i vikt. I Juni 2010, har jag gått ner nästan 50kg. I Juni 2013 har jag gått upp 20kg igen. I Juni 2014 ska jag vara i form igen. En tuff resa men jag är tillbaka. Så mycket har hänt att jag inte hinner dra allt i ett inlägg. Jag är mitt inne i att flytta ut från min lägenhet till sambons lägenhet. Där jag ändå bott i ett år. Jobbet är helt fantastiskt! .
